The Wisconsin Child Support Enforcement Association is hosting its 48th Annual Statewide Fall Conference on October 8-10, 2024 at the Hilton Paper Valley, Appleton, Wisconsin. We invite you to join us and enjoy an opportunity to exchange information about your services with a broad range of child support professionals and key decision makers.  


Conference Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration is now open! Agenda information will be released soon. Please keep an eye on our website for frequent updates.  There will be morning and afternoon breaks each day and a number of modestly priced sponsorship opportunities available. Sponsorships and Exhibitor registrations are due by August 29, 2025


EXHIBITOR*

Our exhibitor fee is only $750.00.  If you would like to join us, please complete the Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration form and mail the form, along with the $750.00 fee payable to WCSEA, to the address below. Please also let us know if you have any special requests for equipment or will require electricity.  Your fee includes breakfast each day and lunch on Wednesday for up to two people, along with refreshments during breaks.

Please consider being a sponsor! There are various levels (and benefits) to choose from. If you elect to participate in one of our exciting sponsorship opportunities, please complete that section of the Registration Form so that your contribution can be acknowledged during a designated session or throughout the conference.

WCSEA Conference and Event Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, employees, and volunteers at WCSEA conferences and events are required to agree with the following code of conduct. For the comfort and safety of everyone this code will be enforced throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure an engaged, creative, and judgment free environment for everybody.

Our Code of Conduct

1. Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment free experience for everyone.

2. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. 

3. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue including talks, workshops, parties, networking events, and social media. 

4. We expect participants to follow these rules at conference and workshop venues and conference related social events.  

5. Participants who are asked to stop or amend any behavior are expected to comply immediately.

6. Conference participants violating these rules may be expelled without a refund  and access to future WCSEA events may also be denied or limited.

Unwelcome Behaviors

Harassment includes, but is not limited to, offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
